Our Newfoundland Canada Hunting Camp at Cormack Lake is situated on the
West Coast of Newfoundland adjacent to the Long Range Mountains 55 miles
southwest of Deer Lake
. We offer
fly-in hunts to a remote wilderness location. Moose, Woodland Caribou, and
Black Bear hunting are available at the site.
Our last
two Hunting in Canada seasons were very
successful with a 96-98% success rate for Moose. The hunting dates start in
mid-September and end in late October. The camp can accommodate four
hunters per week with a guide supplied for each hunter. Sleeping quarters
are in a cabin which has two double bedrooms and indoor bathroom facilities
with hot showers. The camp offers generated power, refrigeration and user
pay satellite telephone service.
Our hunts
start and end at Deer Lake, Newfoundland to which you can either drive or
fly via commercial airlines. From Deer Lake, we fly you by floatplane to
the hunt camp. Bring your personal gear, and rifle or bow. Applications for
cross-border transportation of firearms will be supplied.

Hunts are available at our Cormack Lake Camp in Newfoundland,
Canada. A Black Bear Hunt can be added. The package price includes
transportation from Deer Lake Airport to the floatplane base, flights to
and from camp, accommodations, meals and guides. Your rate will not be
reduced if for any reason your arrival at Deer Lake is delayed or if poor
