EMPLOYMENT:

To be honest Mr. Abarbanel, I have never worked in a restaurant, especially one that is as prestigious as your lovely establishment.  I can promise that I am NOT old and will therefore not make the mistakes that we all know old people have the tendency to make.  I own my own set of measuring cups and an apron, and could even bring my own pots and pans and spoons to cook with.  I don’t lick my fingers and then touch food, I don’t drop food on the floor (very often), and I NEVER double dip.  My current specialties include spaghetti and meatballs, cinnamon toast, tuna salad sandwiches, soup-that-eats-like-a-meal and lemon dill chicken.  I have also taken many art and layout classes, which I think would come in very handy in the design of your menus.

References:

Mr. Nathan Wallace à has eaten my cooking for the last 2.5 years and has lived to tell about it.  He is a particular fan of the lemon dill chicken and soup-that-eats-like-a-meal.

Mr. Kevin Jolly à has also experienced the soup-that-eats-like-a-meal

Ms. Debsie Hurd à came for dinner for which I made a DISASTROUS batch of stuffed peppers.  She will be able to honestly tell you that they were terrible, but will attest to my ability to humbly accept constructive criticism.

~ I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Vancovuer BC, but would happily negotiate perhaps setting up your first Deep Sea Chicken restaurant of your chain in this area.  Thank you for considering this resume.
