Blake Doyle is a senior consultant and owner of Octavian Group; Blake specializes in management consulting, strategic marketing and capital acquisition for growth oriented firms in Atlantic Canada. He also owns Island Recruiting, a PEI based headhunting firm, and Confederation Capital PEI Ltd, an international immigration and recruiting company.
As an entrepreneur, Blake has been involved in a number of small businesses in the retail, service and real-estate sectors. He has recently returned to PEI after residing in Halifax for eight years. While in Halifax he participated in a number of information technology companies and led a successful divesture of a regional e-commerce company to a publicly traded company. Relevant positions include: Director of Sales, Microforum Atlantic (TSX:MCF),  General Manager of Research, Keltic Technologies (TSX:KTN), and National Marketing Coordinator, Hook-up Communications (TSX:HU).
Blake has received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Prince Edward Island and an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Blake is currently on the board of directors with the Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce where he also chairs a task-force on immigration and is co-chair of the policy committee. Additionally he  remains active with other local organizations including the Charlottetown Rotary club and the UPEI men’s varsity rugby club.
