WAYNE'S GARDEN AND FOLK ART

Wayne has always enjoyed working in the woods.  As a young man, he spent his summers working with lumber crews to pay for his collage tuition.  During his 33 year career as a Junior High teacher, he kept in touch with this interest.  Since his retirement in 1999, he has been able to devote more time to his woodlots and Silva-culture.

Wayne has also wanted to work with the odd shaped wood pieces that are found naturally in the forest.  Recently, he has taken the time to explore this option.  Below you will find some of his more recent pieces.
