Chef Kevin MacDonald, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Canada with degrees in Culinary Arts & Pastry Arts, has now traveled the country training with some of best Chefs. Having received a Four Diamond status from CAA/AAA, Kevin is a welcome member of our team.
We are proud to have premier products from our local farmers & will be featuring these whenever possible.
