IT'S GRINDING DAY!!! After three plus hours of the two of us grinding, we realized we shouldn't have left it all till the end ..TOO MUCH F**KIN' GRINDING, I can hardly lift my arms!
For the interior, We lightly grinded the welds (gonna be covered by carpet and stuff, not gonna be seen) and wired wheeled the rest of the surface rust and applied seam sealer to all the welds and seams.
The body is a lot heavier now than when we had started.
Look how perfect the doors line up!
Well, that's it for us, we are DONE. Off the body shop it goes for paint.
Hours of work on day 10 = lost count after 15hours!
