| The Dynamo Gym Club is a non-profit organization
founded in 1993 as a youth recreational gymnastics club. The Dynamo
Gym Club is incorporated with the Registry of Joint Stock Companies,
and is a member in good standing with Gymnastics Nova Scotia and Gymnastics
Canada.
The Dynamo Gym Club makes an effort
to support and increase the awareness of gymnastics in Bridgewater
and numerous outreach locations. The Dynamo Gym Club has designed
their own style of recreational gymnastics, somewhat different than
traditional gymnastic programs. The range of programs allow gymnasts
to progress from pre-school through recreational, to performing
on a highly skilled Demonstration Team.
The Dynamo Gym Club program is oriented
toward fun, the development of confidence and self-esteem in all
participants, as well as the learning of skills in a positive manner.
The Dynamo Gym Club program consists
predominantly of tumbling skills with the addition of various other
gymnastic apparati. The program offers many skills important to
your young gymnasts growth such as: Spacial Awareness, Body Awareness,
Social Interaction, Balance and Coordination.
