Welcome to Eastern Flower Herbal Essences

We are committed to providing wonderful flower essences to you at reasonable prices. Our essences are from a part of the world known for its beautiful scenery, Scottish and Irish culture, and pleasant people. Nature is very strong here, and people in Newfoundland and Cape Breton still talk about seeing fairy people. The old ways of doing things are slow to change and life has a pace suited to enjoying the simple things.

Why use our essences? We developed them to help with all the challenges we face in this fast-paced world. Everything is changing rapidly, and we are having to integrate many new experiences. Flower Essences can help us do that, not get stuck and closed down, not freak out, just keep on evolving and growing.

We are both energy workers. Julie has practiced and taught Jin Shin Jyutsu for ten years here. We feel that these essences bring the blessings of this special place we live to people to help their hearts and bodies heal. We have designed sets for the individual person, like you or me, and we have designed sets for the energy worker. If you practice acupuncture or acupressure, Jin Shin Do or Jin Shin Jyutsu, or Reike, or any of the wonderful healing arts now available, you may find our practitioner sets to be extremely helpful.
