Your satisfaction with your Faulkner Call is important. With that in mind if you ever require service work such as tuning, cleaning and repairs ,this can be done with fast turnaround time for a reasonable fee. The current $40.00 flat service fee includes return postage,tuning and or sound part replacement,minor repairs and polishing/cleaning. You are responsible for mailing calls for service and all associated costs with Canada Post.
Do not ship to the Stratford, Prince Edward Island as this address is for internet, telephone and mail orders only.
For U.S. customers mark on the return customs label "Returning goods for service, no commercial value", ship only by U.S. Postal Service. Couriers charge considerable brokerage fees to accept deliveries and these will not be accepted.
Every Faulkner Call is warranted against defect for 60 days after date of sale,this would not apply to misuse,repair or replacement option in this period at makers option , no refunds are possible.
