First Steps Early Intervention Association Home Visit Program

Criteria

Children from birth to school age in the Lunenburg County area.

Children who are developmentally delayed in one or more skill area (i.e., learning, language, physical, social, and self help) or are at risk for a developmental delay because of prematurity, low birth weight, or biological conditions, etc.

Children whose families are prepared to actively participate in the program.

The program is the most appropriate service for the child and family.

How do I get a referral?

Being referred is easy as 1, 2, 3.

Second: Fill out our referral form or have a medical professional fill it out for you.
Third: Return the form to First Steps.
