THIS WEEK IN CUBS!!

May 16th - Welcome White Tails

We had a very successful badge night last week. We hope to see badges sewn on for swim up  on May 23rd.

This week we will welcome our White Tail Beavers for a visit. We will have the Kub Kar Track setup so Beavers can have fun racing cars. Any Cubs who want to bring an old car or two to share with Beavers would be great.

Early Registration - Wednesday, May 23rd, 6:00 pm to 7:30pm

Scouting  Registration is scheduled to go online starting in September.  In order to ease this process and to ensure returning members and their families get first opportunity at limited

Forms will be available during the Swim Up on May 23rd.  Cheques are payable to:  26th Halifax Group Committee

Swim Up -Wednesday, May 23rd, from 6:30 pm to 7:30pm

The Swim Up ceremony will include the swim up of White Tail Beavers to Cubs and Senior Cubs to Scouts.  There will also be the yearly presentation of awards and honours.

There will be a small reception immediately following.  Don’t forget your camera.

Youth should arrive in uniform by 6:20.   Parents and family members are invited to attend.

Wave Pool Swim – Sunday, June 3rd, from 2:15 pm – 4:30 pm

The closing for the youth will be at the William Spry Center in Spryfield.  We will be swimming from 2:15 -3:15 with refreshments in the party room from 3:30-4:30.

Pool rules dictate that children under the age of seven require 1 adult for every 3 youth.  This is the open Wave Swim so all family members are welcome.
