 Pack Meetings

Inspection and the collection of weekly dues begins at 6:30 pm sharp.  Cubs who arrive late will not only miss out on some of the activities and may delay our program delivery.

A typical meeting runs like this:

1st  6:30pm -  We get ready for inspection

2nd  6:45 pm -  We do Opening:

     - Flag break and sing  O' Canada.

     - Recite Cub Promise, Cub Law, and Cub Motto

     - Collection of Dues

   -  Grand Howl

3rd:  6:55pm - Take of sashes and scarves and get ready for games!

4th: 7:10 - After games we continue with our program activities.

5th: 7:55pm - We do closing ceremonies: Announcement\Sing "Day is Done".

6th: 8pm - We line up in our sixes to be checked off at the door. We don't leave until a grown up pick us up!

Parents Please Note:

Our parking lot is very busy and dark at night. For the safety of your children we cannot release them to the parking lot unless accompanied by an adult. Please pick your child up from inside the hall.

All cubs must be checked off before leavening and ensuring they have all their belongings and any notices given out.

Your child's safety is our first concern!

Inspection Requirements:

Each Cub is expected to have the following for each meeting unless other wise stated.

Full Uniform: (Shirt, Sash, Scarf) Uniform is to be clean and neat and tucked in!

Pencil & Paper:  For inspection Cubs are to have pencil and paper in shirt pocket.

Cub Book: The Cub Book is an important recourse for Cubs to bring to meetings.

Dues: At weekly meetings we collect $1.00 in dues from each Cub. The purpose of this is to help teach responsibility. If the Cub receives an allowance, it may be his/her responsibility to pay the dues; but all Cubs have the responsibility of remembering to bring their dues. The dues is  used to off set the cost of badges.

Clean Paws:  As well as clean neat uniform Cubs are to arrive with clean hands. This  demonstrates  a sense of pride in ones self.

Good Deed: As part of the Cub Promise each Cub must do a good deed for someone each day. Regular Chores at home and school (i.e.: making your bed, doing your home work) don't count.
