pleasant, historic home in the oldest part of the
city of Charlottetown.
This home is conveniently located in an area rich
in heritage properties portraying a mix of
architectural styles.

Just a stroll away you will find the waterfront and
marina; Founders Hall Museum; lobsters and
fresh fish for sale on the wharf; live, world-class
theatre at the Confederation Centre of the Arts;
outdoor cafes on the cobblestone “Victoria Row”.
The magnificent cathedral, St. Dunstan’s Basilica,
is around the corner. Travel up Great George
Street, as the Father’s of Confederation did, to
visit Province House where the idea of founding
Canada was born. Several art galleries, a
repertory cinema and a public library are also in
the area.

Harbour Master House is inviting and quiet. The
2,600 square foot house features 10-foot ceilings,
hardwood floors and tasteful furnishings. The
property has a small, private garden. A nice spot
for a morning cappuccino or an evening barbecue.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a grocery
store, health food store and a liquor store
within walking distance. The artwork on the
walls includes pieces by well-known
Canadian artists, particularly Island artists.
