Rates in Canadian Dollars

Requirements:

A 50% booking deposit is required with the balance due on arrival. A security deposit of $350.00 to be sent at the same time. Booking deposit will be fully refunded if the house can be re-rented for that week. If not, then your deposit will be returned less $100.00.

The $350.00 security deposit will be returned on departure day after walk through.

Check in time is after 1 pm. Departure time is before 12 pm.

For all our guests, this is a non-smoking property. Pets may be permitted by request.
