On the main floor in one of the two sitting rooms there is a double bed pullout sofa coach also facing the spectacular water view.

Attached front waterside sitting area enclosed back deck area.

On the property there are gardens, a hammock and outdoors sitting area with each of these areas having been selectively positioned to fully enjoy the magnificent view.

A very pleasant, safe10-minute walk, to the Fishery’s Museum of the Atlantic and to the heart of downtown Lunenburg, and a one-minute walk to Rouse Brook Garden and Picnic Park. 

The owner of Harbour Watch House, Nancy Rogers has lived in Lunenburg for the past 24 years and during the rental months will be residing in the house next door.

When considering this property please note: This is not a beach house, and there is no direct access to the water from the property.
