The CTOMC Chat Rooms are found in the "Messianic
Believers" section of the inSpeak
chat program.
TECHNICAL NOTES:
CTOMC Chat is located on the inSpeak chat program.
 
"inSpeak"
is a chat program with improved stereo audio, more text
options for size, color and font style, and animated
emoticons. Just click on the inSpeak logo above and follow
the instructions on their website to download the program.
FOR THOSE COMPUTERS USING THE
WINDOWS 7 OPERATING SYSTEM: inSpeak is now compatible with the Windows 7 operating system.
CTOMC operates 6 chat rooms on inSpeak:
the CTOMC Torah Observant Messianic Believers room, the CTOMC
Mishpocha & Friends room, the CTOMC Messianic Torah Based
Studies room, the CTOMC Hash It and Drash It room, the CTOMC
Messianic Sisters in Fellowship room, and the CTOMC Messianic
Teens room.
The CTOMC Mishpocha & Friends room features the "Boker
Ohr" or "Morning Light" show with Rabbi Avner
Solomon heard most weekday mornings. During the day you can
come in and chat with other believers or just "hang out"
and listen to music and teaching courtesy of Sounds of shalom Broadcasting.
In the CTOMC Torah Observant Messianic Believers room you
can join us on Friday evening for an Erev Shabbat Service
LIVE from Congregation Melech
Yisrael in Toronto, ON. Then it's off to the land down-under and Beit
Gan-Eden Messianic Community located on the Gold Coast in
Queensland, Australia. Following the service from Australia, we have the best fellowship time on the internet as
we partake in "Oneg Shabbat - Delight in the Sabbath".
During this time of music and fun, if you are a new
participant in the group you will have an opportunity to
participate in a call-in contest. Rabbi Avner hosts the two
hour program which can go for as
long as you (and he) want to stay up. Oneg time includes "DA
ZONE" and if you've never been part of it, all we can
say is, You have to be there to experience it! So, "Be
there or be square!"
On Shabbat morning we stream the Shabbat service LIVE from
Congregation Ner
Tamid in Halifax, Nova Scotia with MRav. Avner Solomon.
Following that service we join the LIVE service already in
progress at Mishkan David Messianic
Congregation in Lauderhill, Florida with MRav.
Gabe Simkin. After that service, we join
the LIVE service from Congregation
Beth Tefillah in Clermont, Florida with MRav. Ira
Michaelson. After that, we travel to the west coast for the Shabbat service from Beit Tefillah Messianic Fellowship in Fresno, California with MRav. Adam Bernay.
After Shabbat, join Rabbi Avner Solomon of Congregation
Ner Tamid in Halifax, Nova Scotia as he hosts a Motzei
Shabbat "Virtual Farbrengen", a time of music,
stories and fellowship where you can hear readings from Rabbi
Shlomo Carlbach's "Stories of the Lamed Vav" and
songs and stories from those in the room.
On Sunday afternoon, listen to music from CTOMC Radio and Sounds of Shalom Broadcasting.
Later in the evening, we have the Pimsleur Conversational
Hebrew Class followed 30 minutes later by LIVE interactive
"Learn to Read Hebrew" classes at both the
beginners and intermediate levels.
Following the reading
class, CTOMC presents "Liturgy 101." During this
time you will learn the liturgy of the synagogue service and
also the blessings and prayers recited at home when ushering
in the Sabbath with your family. Rabbi Avner is a very
patient teacher and will have you davening like you were born into it (well, almost) in no time.
On Monday evening, in the CTOMC Messianic Torah Based
Studies room, you can study "Yeshua in the Torah"
with Rabbi Jack Farber of Congregation
Melech Yisrael in Toronto, Ontario.
On Tuesday evening in the CTOMC Messianic
Torah Based Studies room, CTOMC hosts "Torah Time" with Rabbi Marty Cohen of Metroplex Messianic Fellowship in Euless, Texas. Rabbi Marty is best
known for his MessianicMessages.com
website.
Wednesday evening is time for our midweek Torah service
and commentary with MRav. Avner Solomon of Congregation
Ner Tamid in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
You are invited to join us on Thursday evening at 8:30 pm
atlantic time for a teaching with MRav Avner Solomon of
Congregation
Ner Tamid in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The CTOMC afternoon/evening teaching normally commences at
8:30 pm atlantic time (7:30 eastern; 6:30 central; 5:30
mountain; 4:30 pacific; 3:30 alaska; 2:30 hawaii; 9pm
newfoundland;0030hrs GMT).
At other times, there is teaching by MRav. Avner Solomon,
president of the Coalition
of Torah Observant Messianic Congregations and rabbi of
Congregation
Ner Tamid in Halifax, Nova Scotia; MMin. Andrew Ketel of Beit
Mashiach in Edmonton, Alberta; MMin. Tamar Yeomans of

many well-known leaders in the Messianic movement. In all
CTOMC chat rooms you are invited to join us for mature adult
chat about spiritual topics while maintaining loving-kindness
and respect for everyone in the room.
CTOMC Chat now has a weekly hebrew class every Sunday
evening. Your facilitator is MRav. Avner (RebAvner) Solomon
of Halifax, Nova Scotia. The class begins with a one hour
beginners reading class. At the end of the 12 week series,
you will be able to read Bereshit/Genesis chapter one in
hebrew! This is followed by 30 minutes of conversational
hebrew and an intermediate reading class. You are invited to

If you're between the ages of 13 and 17, join Naomi
Solomon (RebAvner's daughter) on Sunday afternoon in the
CTOMC Messianic Teens room to discuss things from the
viewpoint of the youth in the Messianic movement.

Messianic music and teaching programmed on WSTW.fm
Radio. Listen to the "Morning Rush" on weekday
mornings, and the "Afternoon Drive" on weekday
afternoons.
