| Enjoy this beautiful, secluded, oceanfront cottage located on the South-Eastern shore of Prince
Edward Island. Somewhere on the Shore is a newly constructed 1,000 square foot cottage overlooking Launching Bay,
featuring spectacular views of Boughton Bay and Panmure Island (one of the most photographed areas on the Island).
The cottage offers three bedrooms, two on the lower level and a loft bedroom upstairs. Somewhere on the Shore
offers all of the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, deck and patio furniture, gas BBQ and a
fire pit for those Island summer evenings. Launching is a haven for waterfowl including wild ducks, Canada
geese and blue herons. Beach is ideal for swimming and world class golf is close by. At night catch a
glimpse of the moon on the ocean, offering a reflection of Panmure Island Lighthouse.

Launching is located in Eastern PEI, just 20 minutes east of Montague and 20 minutes west of Souris.
Eastern PEI offers breathtaking scenery, natural beauty, pristine beaches, and some of the best golf
courses in the world including the Links at Crowbush Cove, Dundarave and Brudenell River Golf Courses.
Basin Head and Panmure Island are among the top rated beaches on Prince Edward Island and are also
within close proximity.

"The cottage suited our family of 5 very well - great sleeping arrangements (our 12 year old loved the loft), and all of the comforts of home. We cruised the shorefront often and the kids added to their shell and crab collections.
Lots of shorebirds were here - even a bald eagle. We also saw a seal at Cardigan Harbour."

| Rates are quoted in Cdn currency and are subject to 10% PST. Cottages are rented from Saturday to Saturday only during July and August. Shorter stays accepted during the off-season. |

Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival and checkout time is 10am on day of departure. To ensure we are ready for your arrival, please confirm your arrival time in advance. |

Once off the Confederation Bridge take the Trans Canada Highway East for aprox 50-60min to Charlottetown. |

From Charlottetown you will continue east and cross the Hillsborough Bridge, Continue on the Trans Canada highway until you get to Cherry Valley aprox 15 min.

Once you get to Cherry Valley you are going to take a left onto highway #3 and travel towards Pooles Corner aprox 30 minutes. |

Once you get to Pooles corner you will take a left onto #4 and travel 14km to Primrose you see a sign that Reads "Launching Place". |

Take a right onto route 311 (Primrose Road) and travel aprox 11.8 km, at this point you will see Beach Rod on your left and a sign for
Kennedy's Room with a View keep travelling approximately 4 km until you see Boughton Bay Lane. Turn left onto Boughton Bay Lane. You
will see a sign for "Somewhere on the Shore" on your right. Have fun and enjoy.

| Note: As you travel from Pooles Corner on Route 4, you will pass a road
on your right that reads "Launching Road" please do not get anxious this is not the right road, continue past this road to Primrose.

Once off the boat take route #315 towards Montague for aprox 30 km. Be on the look out for this exit as it is very soon after you exit the ferry. |
