On Both Sides:

Mark the red and green wire location for each headlight plastic connector with a "R" and "G" on the connector. This will ensure high and low beam are put back right.

Using a flat bladed jeweller’s screwdriver, insert in plastic connector as shown. Bend downs the the locking tab on the back of the connector slightly, pull red and green wire out of back of connector. Leave the Black ground in the connector.

Drivers Side:

Put shrink tube on each of the original connectors (Red and Green) and then shrink wrap both of them together..remember..they will be live so insulate them well!

Passenger Side:

Carefully unwrap the original harness - the object is to seperate out the red and green wires right back to the firewall, and run the new red and green wires in their place, and then re-wrap the harness.

As you peel out the original red and green, keep the original wires organized with a wrap of tape as you go along– particularly as wires branch off – such as the upper ground wire.

It takes some care to unwrap through the big plastic loop clips. I did not take off the clips – I unwrapped right up to the clip, pulled it back throught eh clip and bit , and then resumed unwrapping from the other side of the clip. Again, tape every once and a while to keep it organized!

Once you have it completely unwrapped it, run your unwrapped red and green wires in the kit down to through your clips (if you have not removed them) to your passenger side headlight connector, and clip in wire ends into the connector (line up colours!).

Now, rewrap passenger harness back up to where the original one started.

Just leave original red and green passenger side wires dangle for now (keep them temporarily out of the way). These will eventually be connected to the short red and green wires coming out of the relay.

Now..on to the Drivers side

Run the wrapped harness on the kit along your windshield washer clips, and then down to the drivers side original connector. See foolowing pictures to see how I routed new harness (shiny taped black one)

Clip in wires into the connector, noting red and green.
