I found the best location for the relays are just to the left of the power steering reservoir, mounted on the sheet metal bracket that also holds the external regulator (the big blue box)

I removed the regulator temporarily, and enlarged the back mounting hole to take a bolt. You may not have to enlarge the hole if you get the right size bolt. The bolt is circled. In my van, the bolt also holds the radio suppressor (silver cylinder with wires).

Here is a shot from the other side…note nut location at back of mounting bracket.

After reinstalling regulator, radio suppressor and tightening up relay mounting bolt, its time to finish wires. Red power wires get bolted on the big stud on the starter solenoid behind the rad..It’s a tight fit!

Ground (Blue) wires get bolted onto the ground bolt just behind the bottom regulator bolt (circled).

Next unclip the relays by pressing on the plastic tab on the back and pulling down. Time to attach the final wires. These are the "old" green and red wires that went down to the passenger side headlight. Just make sure right colours go to right relay!
Put some shrink wrap on the each wire, attach to the remaining black wire on each relay, and shrink wrap to make sure each stays in place. As you can see, make sure red from each side goes to the same relay, same for green.

And now for green….

Now clip relays back in place, and you are ready to reassemble grille and install headlights!
