All plants shipped within Canada bare root by parcel post at my expense unless otherwise arranged. Insurance and special shipping, or shipping outside Canada can be arranged at customers expense. Plants are Guaranteed Healthy upon arrival.

Legal Stuff
Lophophora is specifically exempted under the Canadian Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
"According to the 2001 Controlled Drugs and Substances
Act (replacing the Narcotics Control Act) mescaline is listed as a schedule
III drug, while peyote is specifically exempted from Canada's Controlled
Substances list. If peyote is prepared for use, however, it can be treated as
"mescaline".
17. Mescaline (3,4,5-trimethoxybenzeneethanamine) and any salt thereof, but
not peyote (lophophora)"
Therefore simple possession and sale of live plants in Canada is legal.

When ordering from nurseries outside your own country be aware of the need for phytosanitary certificates and CITES certificates. Do not purchase plants have been harvested in the wild. Buy only greenhouse grown plants. This helps stop illegal harvesting of endangered species. Always enquire when ordering about additional costs and time requirements. |
