Once upon a time there was a black and white cocker puppy. She lived in the cocker kennel of her kind Grandmother, Jean. She was destined to be a star. But she grew to be delicate and dainty rather then sturdy and hardy. So stardom was elusive.

At the same time in a land far away (well, not all that far), there lived a Fair Maiden in distress. She was in dire need of a cocker kiss and a cocker hug.

’Twas the night before Christmas when Fair Maiden heard tales of dainty cocker.  Fair Maiden traveled great distances (ok, so it wasn’t all that far!), threw open the kennel door, and laid her eyes upon delicate black and white cocker. Their love was instant and unrivaled.

Dainty cocker was my Murphy. Fair maiden (yeah, I know, not all that fair) was me, Debi, and Murphy became the light of my life.

Not long after Murphy moved to the land of Fair Maiden, Sofee joined them, followed shortly thereafter by Hannah, and this is their story.
