Wrestling

As a youth I was not interested in sports. I wanted to be a professional wrestler for the longest time. I think a lot of youth want to do that but not many try to follow the dream. I didn't either but it was not because I changed my mind. I had to change a lot of my plans when i became a father for the first time and ended up raising my daughter on my own.

Before Katilyn was born I was preparing to head to Calgary to train with the Hart Family. I had become a good friend of Owen Hart and spoke to him many times on the phone. I was so proud of him when he made it to WWE. When he died, I was crushed! I guess Heaven Need A Champion!

My hometown, Amherst, NS, is also hometown to WWE Hall of Famer and father to "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson, "Soulman" Rocky Johnson.

Today, Wrestling is still a passion of mine. I am not a big fan of the WWE or TNA. I watch when I can. I find that the shows are too predictable. I am a huge fan of Independent Wrestling. A friend of mine, Gary Gallant, is Wildman Gary Williams. He has wrestled for WWE and WCW as well as many independent promotions throughout Canada. Gary is my boss in Shadow Ops. Thanks to Gary I have met several wrestlers both indy and International Superstars. (former WWE stars Honky Tonk Man, Al Snow, Bushwaker Luke, Vigil, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Marty Jannetty, Robbie MacAllister, Raven, Charlie Haas and more.)
