ends with precipitation weather at 8 AM,, of date Z(h) shown.
Each model forecasts in 4 steps, 12 hours apart:
 —previous 8 p.m., next 8 a.m. the following 8 p.m., ending next 8 a.m.
 You can move forward or back
      
for example,with Chart 2 , AST  starts with precipitation weather at 2 AM of date Z(h) shown,
ends with precipitation weather at at 2 PM, of date and (h)Z shown.
