Dave and Lisa met at TUNS residence in 1994, becoming an item in 1995. Dave studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Nova Scotia while Lisa studied Environmental Planning and Graphic Design at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. In August of 1998, we were married in Sydney Mines, Cape Breton.

Over this period of time, we have already had two additions to our family: Tabatha and Simone, our cats. The stork dropped them off in October when they were almost 7 weeks old. Kittens grow up real fast, but they are now a definite part of our lives!

We currently live and work in the beautiful city of Halifax, Nova Scotia. After both finishing school, we enjoyed living here so much that we decided to stay. Both purebred Maritimers (Dave from Cape Breton and Lisa from PEI), neither of us could imagine living away from the coast.
