Macaroni Ground Beef
Casserole
2 lbs. Lean ground beef
3 cups Elbow macaroni
2 cups Chopped onion
1
Large can stewed whole tomatoes, including juice
2
Small cans Heinz tomato soup (do not add water)
4 tbsp Ketchup
2 tsp Chilli
powder
Salt
and Pepper to taste
Brown ground beef and chopped onions in cooking oil. Cook macaroni according to directions on
package. DO NOT OVERCOOK or it will
become mushy when the casserole is reheated for serving. Drain well.
Combine with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish. Freeze if desired.

Serves 6-8 persons.
Please put your name on your casserole dish for returning. On a side note, the disposable tin foil
casseroles are better for reheating. The
low profile of the disposable casserole allows us to fit more in the oven at
one time, thus we able to keep up with the demand for hot food. The added bonus of the tin foil casserole is
that they do not have to be returned, and the soup may re-use them.
